We are looking for experienced therapists and therapist associates to join our team! We offer varied and unique approaches to therapy and provide mental health support for the whole family – from toddlers to seniors. We treat a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists work hard to build positive connections with clients, and know they are more than just a diagnosis. Our therapists love what they do, and we are looking for therapists who share the same passion for mental health and supporting clients.
Therapist Responsibilities
Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
Completes patient intake and assessments
Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and
circumstances.
Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and
adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
Provides different therapy modalities as needed, including individual,
couple/family, and group therapy (workshops and retreats)
Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
Completes case notes in a timely manner
Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings and participates in case
staffing
Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Meets weekly and monthly productivity requirements, with an expected
caseload of 30 clients per week for full-time
*High need for therapists specializing in substance abuse, couples/family, and child/adolescent therapy.

Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Ability to effectively collaborate with administration and other therapists
Strong computer skills with ability to use EHR system
Education and Licensing Requirements
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
Current with all state (NC) licensing requirements
LPC, LPCA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA,
LCAS, LCASA or other mental health field equivalent licensure
