New Patient Registration
Thank you for choosing Essential Journey Counseling for your therapy needs. Please complete your Patient Registration before requesting an appointment.
You will need to enter your insurance information AND upload a photo of the front and back of your insurance card. This will allow us to contact the insurance company and verify benefits. We will need a card (credit, debit, or HSA/FSA) on file in order to cover any copay, deductible or private payments. You can enter your card information during the registration process.

Our patient portal is secure and HIPAA compliant. Once everything is complete in your patient portal, a member from our team will contact you via phone or email.
