FAQs

Does insurance pay for counseling?

We are contracted with several insurance companies: BCBS, AETNA, UHC, UMR, TRICARE, & OPTUM.  We also are in network with several Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), check with your HR department for information about EAP.

You will need to contact your insurance company to inquire about your policy and psychotherapy services.  We will bill your insurance company if appropriate. Co-pays are expected at time services are rendered. Intensive services are NOT usually covered by insurance companies.
