Payment Options

  • Our providers are in network with various insurance companies including but not limited to Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, Tricare, Cigna, Optum, Humana, UHC, and UMR.

    If you would like us to check your benefits, complete the New Patient Registration and upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card.

    We recommend you contact your insurance to learn more about your mental health benefits. We will bill your primary insurance for you and provide a super-bill as requested. Co-payments, co-insurance, deductible are expected at the time services are rendered.

  • If you do not have insurance or opt to not use your insurance, you have the option to self pay. This means you will pay out-of-pocket for services rendered. Click here for more information.

    We offer sessions with our qualified interns at a reduced rate, making therapy more accessible. Learn more about our intern program and schedule your appointment today! (Starting at $50 per session)

  • Payments can be made through the patient portal. If you need assistance please call the office. We require patients to keep a form of payment on file to be used for copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, no show fees, late cancelations. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We do NOT sent invoices or statements. Patients can access account information by calling the office or logging into the patient portal. Accepted forms of payment cash, major credit cards, FSA and HSA. We do NOT accept personal checks.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We have a $75 late cancel or no show fee. Self-pay session fees are the full cost of the session. Appointments can be canceled via patient portal or by calling our office 704 864 8046.
