Do you have the desire to start your mental health journey but are unsure where to start? Do you feel like you lack the tools or skills to accomplish your goals and satisfy your needs? My passion is helping people learn to navigate their own life, develop their own sense of identity, and increase their self-esteem while doing so. My work is based on building honest and genuine connections with my clients to ensure that I am creating a safe, open space for them to share their life and their struggles with someone they can trust.

I have worked with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and various traumas. I am passionate about working with teenagers, adults, and marginalized communities including the LGBTQ+ community. I do so by having an eclectic approach and combining cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), multicultural counseling, and several others.

You are the expert on yourself and counseling is a personalized, collaborative experience. I’m looking forward to joining you on your journey to build a healthy relationship with yourself and those around you.
