Enid Croom, LCSWA brings a depth of clinical experience that makes her a valued addition to our team. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) working toward full licensure. Her background includes leadership on Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, residential substance use treatment, hospital and intensive outpatient psychiatric care, hospice and bereavement counseling, and refugee resettlement case management.
Enid is grounded in trauma-informed care, CBT, and motivational interviewing, with particular strengths in crisis intervention, multidisciplinary collaboration, and supporting high-acuity and culturally diverse populations. She is primarily based in Waxhaw serving clients and families.
