I’m a graduate student currently completing my practicum in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Gardner-Webb University, where I’m also pursuing a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. While I’m still in training, I come into this work with a deep commitment to making therapy feel real, relatable, and safe, especially for those who may not always feel seen or heard in traditional settings.
As a bilingual Latina, I care deeply about bridging the gap in mental health services for minorities and underserved communities. But more than anything, I want to be someone people feel comfortable talking to. I know how awkward therapy can feel at first, and I take that seriously. I’ll do my best to create a space where it doesn’t feel like you're being judged, overanalyzed, or forced to say things you’re not ready to share. I believe therapy should feel natural, human, and honest.
My heart is especially drawn to people who are navigating trauma, life transitions, or family-related struggles. I’m not here to claim I have all the answers, but I am here to walk with you, listen closely, and help you find your way through.
If you're looking for someone down-to-earth and genuinely present, I’d be honored to support you.
