Holly Weldon, LCAS, LCMHC-A

As someone who has experienced my own tragedies and healing, I understand how important empathy and connection are in counseling. My journey has shaped who I am and how I walk alongside others as they navigate challenges and pursue change.

I enjoy working with individuals, families, teens, and groups, supporting them in building resilience and finding meaning in their lives. My clinical experience includes intensive outpatient programs, school-based counseling, and community settings, where I’ve had the privilege of facilitating growth and creating safe, supportive spaces for healing. I help create a safe place for you to share openly and without judgment, knowing that every step forward matters.

I strive to live my own life with intention, and I encourage my clients to do the same. We set goals, honor values, and move toward purposeful growth. I look forward to continuing this part of my journey, building relationships, and supporting others as they create lasting change.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Health Studies from Appalachian State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
